PLEASE NOTE :    Declaration of Condominium Amendments (1 thru 22 [PC1]) and (1 thru 23 [PC2]) are the phase adding of the units as they were completed and not relevant to the restrictions in the covenants.  Unit numbers 1 through 45 are members of Pelican Cove Condominium Association of Crystal River, Inc. (PC1) and unit numbers 101-145 are members of Pelican Cove II Condominium Association, Inc. (PC2)
