HOW TO MAKE YOUR MONTHLY CONDO ASSOCIATION PAYMENTS
Condo association dues are paid monthly. Pelican Cove uses a lock box at Cadence Bank to receive and post payments.

If you use Online Bill Pay, it is imperative that you include your unit number on the check and make it payable to Pelican Cove or Pelican Cove II Condo Association. Mail payments to: Cadence Bank, P.O. Box 20104, Tampa, FL 33622-0104. Include your Unit number on your check.

You are able to make online payments and sign up for monthly automatic payments through the homeowner portal:

On this site, you may choose to make a quick payment at the top or register a profile and manage monthly or automatic payment settings. 

Please mail your check to Cadence Bank at the address below. Payments mailed to the association address or left in the clubhouse mailbox will delay posting and may result in late payment charges.  Forward all payments payable to the Pelican Cove or Pelican Cove II Condo Association to:

It is imperative that you include your account number on the check; your account number is:
